Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a part-time Concierge to deliver exceptional resident experiences across two properties, Parc 77 and Parc Cameron. You will greet residents and guests, coordinate tours, process service requests, and support daily operations while maintaining a welcoming, secure environment.

The role requires high school diploma, valid driver's license, and strong English communication. Union setting experience is preferred; some lifting and routine tasks are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Comfortable working in a unionized environment.
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Effective spoken and written English communication.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and ensure seamless tour experiences.
• Warmly greet residents, prospects, and guests; handle packages promptly.
• Answer phones courteously; prepare for self-guided tours; address needs proactively.
• Provide resident services such as lockout assistance and transportation arrangements.
• Inspect lobby appearance and ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate routine service requests and relay to maintenance staff.
• Monitor security systems and protect sensitive information.
