Vivmark Residential is seeking a Part-Time Concierge to support two properties in Manhattan, NY. You will deliver superior customer service, manage tours, assist with move-ins, and uphold resident satisfaction with professionalism, security, and timely service.

The role emphasizes friendly interaction, package handling, phone etiquette, coordination of service requests, and adherence to safety policies. Candidates should have a High School diploma and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcoming residents, prospects, and guests, handling packages promptly and professionally.
• Answering phones with courtesy, preparing for self-guided tours, and proactively addressing customer needs.
• Providing resident services such as lockout assistance, transportation arrangements, and event support.
• Inspecting appearance of lobby for cleanliness (entrance windows/door/floors).
• Facilitating routine service requests, promptly passing them to relevant personnel, and coordinating emergency responses.
• Ensuring timely entry of service requests and conducting routine inspections for organized common areas.
• Vigilantly monitoring security systems for a secure environment.
• Implementing security measures by securing sensitive information and locking computers when away.
• Schedule: PART TIME HOURS: Parc 77: Saturday-7am-3pm, Parc Cameron: Sunday-7am-3pm
