Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed) in Sunnyvale, TX to provide customer-focused security and patrol services at a retail/mall site. You will maintain a visible presence, assist with access control, document activities on mobile devices, and help deter theft and incidents.

The role requires minimum one year of security experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6:00 AM–2:00 PM).

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail personnel while carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols across retail locations and mall areas.
• Observe and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations to site contacts and leadership.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow established site protocols.
