Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Access Assurance in Sunnyvale, TX. You will monitor and safeguard clients in a retail environment, performing patrols, visitor screening, and delivering excellent customer service to shoppers and staff.

Responsibilities include documenting activity, responding to incidents, and maintaining logs. Minimum requirements include 1 year security experience and a HS diploma, with background checks and drug screening as standard

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security experience required.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• X-ray screening experience preferred.
• Background checks and drug screening as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, visitors and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols in retail/mall areas and report unusual activity.
• Deter theft and unauthorized access through visible presence and adherence to procedures.
• Complete logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and timely.
