Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout retail areas, entrances, exits, stock areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with procedures.
