Job summary

Allied Universal in Sunnyvale, TX is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol) to monitor and protect retail locations and surrounding areas. You will provide customer service, conduct patrols, monitor access points, and report incidents using a tablet or computer.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of security experience, a high school diploma, and is comfortable with technology. The schedule includes Saturday 2:00 PM–10:00 PM and Sunday 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, with pay rate $18.54

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff while following site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity to supervision.
• Respond calmly to incidents and communicate information to relevant personnel.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately using available devices.
