Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas, parking facilities, exterior spaces, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, observe site conditions, document unusual activity, and report concerns.
• Maintain a professional presence and assist with visitor directions and inquiries.
