Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Security Officer in Charlotte, NC. You will guard a financial institution, provide excellent customer service, and report security concerns while maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents.

Responsibilities include patrolling, monitoring access, responding to alarms, and documenting daily reports. The role requires integrity, teamwork, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years combined law enforcement, military, and/or security experience or a college degree.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Background check and drug screen required by employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures and report suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and follow escalation procedures.
• Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports and communicate observations to leadership.
