Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• 18+ years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and management personnel while following site procedures at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to identify and report issues.
• Monitor entrances, access points, cameras, alarms, and building systems; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally according to emergency procedures.
• Prepare activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications; maintain professional interactions.
