Qualifications

• CPO certification is required.

• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving roles only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors following policies.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct armed patrols of the facility and perimeter to deter activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry per site rules.
• Prepare reports and communicate observations to site leadership.
