Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a utility location following site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and per site protocol.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns.
