Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in security-related roles.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Eligible to work at least 18+ (unarmed) or 21+ (armed) per position.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Licensing as per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document actions.
• Prepare clear reports on patrols, incidents, and observations.
