Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the financial services location, including business areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Complete accurate activity logs and shift communications per requirements.
