Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Subject to background investigation as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents and maintain calm, escalating as directed by site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of floors, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; maintain logs and incident reports.
• Communicate professionally with building management, tenants, vendors, and emergency responders.
