Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer for a Global Financial Services Firm in New York. You will patrol, monitor access, and deter incidents while providing professional security and customer service.

Your role requires state-issued weapons credentials, a clean background, and a willingness to work daytime shifts with a fixed schedule. Allied Universal emphasizes teamwork and integrity.

Qualifications

• Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
• Possess a Law Enforcement Officer License.
• A valid firearms permit is preferred.
• An Armed Guard Card or License is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials, and report irregularities or unauthorized access attempts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and coordinate with emergency responders when needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations promptly per site reporting requirements.
