Job summary

Allied Universal in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol Alarm Triage. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, deter incidents, and support access control at a commercial real estate location, with a flexible weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property personnel while enforcing site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking areas and perimeters to identify issues.
• Monitor entrances, access points, cameras, alarms, and building systems; report concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow emergency procedures; document observations.
• Prepare activity reports and maintain professional interactions with occupants and visitors.
