Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law and policy.
• 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner with proper reporting.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the financial institution location and surrounding areas.
• Monitor entry/exit activity, assist with visitor management, and report unusual activity.
• Complete daily activity reports and shift communications per client requirements.
