Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns calmly and escalate according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of commercial real estate facilities to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, documenting observations and patrol activity.
• Communicate professionally with building management, tenants, visitors and first responders.
