Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and vendors per site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and security concerns calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the property and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Prepare clear reports and communicate observations to site leadership.
