Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Enhanced Part Time in Carleton, MI. Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Age at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols at the assigned site, including interiors, parking, access points and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, deter unauthorized access with a visible security presence.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site procedures; notify appropriate personnel as needed.
• Document patrol observations and security concerns accurately and promptly per site requirements.
