Job summary

The Genesee Theatre in Waukegan, IL is seeking a part-time Box Office Associate to assist guests with event, show and concert ticket purchases at the window or by phone.

You will provide outstanding customer service, handle inquiries, run and settle daily sales reports, and perform other duties as assigned. Availability to work days, nights and weekends is required.

Prior customer service experience and strong communication skills are essential for success at the Genesee Theatre.
