Job summary

Pearson VUE in Mobile, AL is hiring a part-time Test Administrator to join our secure exam delivery team. You will help provide a comfortable testing environment, check in candidates, verify IDs, and assist with exam administration.

Responsibilities include proctoring exams, resolving basic technical issues with internal teams, and performing light housekeeping. The position offers 15–19 hours per week, shifts across mornings to evenings, on-site work, and competitive starting pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams preferred.
• Must be able to sit for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a testing environment.
• Check in candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor/invigilate exams during testing sessions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning keyboards after each exam.
