Job summary

Pearson VUE in Gainesville, FL is hiring a Part-time Test Administrator to support exam delivery at our on-site test centers. You will check in candidates, verify IDs, proctor tests, and assist with basic troubleshooting while maintaining security and procedures.

A high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of customer service experience are preferred. Flexible scheduling, Saturdays, and light housekeeping duties are part of the role; starting pay is $17.75 per hour with accrued sick time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.
• Must be flexible in work hours and days.
• Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs with accommodation.
• Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor / invigilate candidates while testing.
• Comply with testing procedures and company policies.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
• Complete light housekeeping duties after each examination.
