Job summary

Pearson VUE, a global leader in computer-based testing, is hiring a part-time Test Administrator for the Hays, KS center. You will ensure secure exam delivery, assist candidates, and maintain a comfortable testing environment. Flexible shifts include mornings, afternoons, and some Saturdays.

The role requires strong customer service skills, at least 1 year of experience, and a high school diploma. Proctoring experience is preferred, with duties including checking in candidates and assisting with

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to sit for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a quiet testing environment.
• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping such as vacuuming and sanitizing keyboards after each examination.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
