Job summary

Pearson VUE is hiring a part-time Test Administrator to join our North Platte, NE team. You will ensure secure exam delivery, check-in candidates, verify IDs, and provide excellent customer service in a quiet testing environment.

The role requires flexibility across shifts (7am–8pm, Monday–Saturday), about 5–15 hours weekly, with potential additional hours. Prior testing or MS Office experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams highly preferred.
• Must be flexible in work hours and days.
• Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be able to sit for long periods and escort candidates to testing room.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs with accommodation.
• Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a quiet testing environment.
• Check in candidates, verify IDs, and explain exam process.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during exams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks in testing area.
