Pearson VUE in Charleston, WV is hiring a regular part-time Test Administrator to join our team at 300 Summers St, Suite 430. The role ensures secure exam delivery and excellent customer service in a quiet testing environment.

Starting pay is $17.75 per hour. The position offers benefits from Pearson and requires high school diploma, customer service experience, and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, Monday through Saturday, about 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.
• Must be flexible in work hours and days.
• Able to sit for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Check in testing candidates and verify identification.
• Proctor and invigilate exams in a secure environment.
• Explain exam processes and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain testing room readiness.
• Other duties as assigned.
