Job summary

Pearson VUE is hiring a regular part-time Test Administrator for our Tulsa, OK center. The role focuses on secure exam delivery and excellent customer service in a quiet testing environment. Starting pay is $17.75 per hour.

The position requires a high school diploma, customer service experience, and basic MS Office skills. Flexible scheduling, 10–18 hours per week, and some Saturdays are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.
• Must be flexible in work hours and days.
• Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Must be able to sit for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide secure exam delivery and superior customer service.
• Check in testing candidates and verify identification.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
• Complete light housekeeping duties after each examination.
