Prometric is seeking a Test Center Administrator in Hyattsville, MD to manage day-to-day test center operations, greet examinees, verify IDs, and conduct security checks to uphold exam integrity. This part-time role supports flexible scheduling and requires strong customer service and report-writing skills.

The TCA will work 20 hours per week, with shifts Monday through Saturday and occasional evenings. Prior office experience, comfort with Windows-based software, and the ability to multi-task

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of test center policies and procedures.
• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Perform security checks including the use of wands.
• Monitor candidates during exams and ensure exam integrity.
• Report and resolve candidate issues with urgency.
