Prometric is seeking a Test Center Administrator in Troy, MI to serve as the face of Prometric at our test centers. The role involves verifying candidate identification, monitoring exams, and enforcing policies to uphold exam integrity in a fast-paced environment.

You will join a team of TCAs who support life-changing exams, handle security checks, greet examinees, and ensure a fair and comfortable testing experience. The position offers full-time hours, paid training, and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of test center policies and procedures.
• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Perform security checks including the use of wands.
• Continuously monitor candidates as they complete exams.
• Report and resolve candidate issues with urgency.
• Maintain secure environment and materials in the test center.
• Ensure every candidate receives a fair and comfortable testing experience.
• Report occurrences outside company guidelines.
• Be flexible with scheduling based on Prometric days of operations.
