Prometric is seeking a Test Center Administrator to greet examinees, verify IDs, and support smooth operation of our computer-based testing centers. The role emphasizes strict adherence to testing policies, security checks, and maintaining a professional center atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of customer service experience, be 18+, and be able to work a varied part-time schedule at our New Windsor, NY site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience (in person).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Maintain exam integrity and monitor testing environments.
• Perform security checks and scanning when required.
• Provide courteous and effective candidate assistance throughout testing.
• Ensure a safe, organized, and compliant test center area.
