Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of two years in hospice or home health sales with a proven growth record.
• Must show proof of health screenings and vaccines as required; annual influenza vaccination.
• Must possess a valid Colorado driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive referral growth and develop relationships with providers in the assigned territory.
• Present to targeted referral sources and maintain CRM records.
• Coordinate with admissions and marketing to ensure effective communication.
• Participate in marketing activities such as physician calls, health fairs, and CEU programs.
