Job summary

Trinity Hospice in Denver is seeking a full-time Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. You will act as a liaison between Trinity and the community, promoting hospice programs and services while upholding the standards of quality health care and maximizing available resources.

Daily you will drive revenue, build relationships with physicians and community referral partners, engage in outreach, and collaborate with local operations and clinical leaders to increase patient

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales/marketing/liaison experience in hospice with a strong book of business.
• Must have strong network and ability to generate admissions monthly (8–10 on average).
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal marketing laws relevant to hospice services.
• Graduate of an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand awareness in the local market to promote patient placements.
• Engage with community referral partners to drive patient census.
• Collaborate with administrative and supervisory personnel to direct programs.
• Establish good working relationships with physicians and community partners.
• Ensure compliance with marketing laws and standards across activities.
