Arkansas Hospice is seeking a Territory Account Manager in North Little Rock, AR. You will drive growth by building referral networks, educating providers, and partnering with clinical teams to expand hospice and palliative care access across the territory.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least two years in a related role, and the ability to travel daily. A strong emphasis on communication, planning, and collaboration with providers is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Social Services, or related field preferred; high school diploma/GED plus 5 years related experience may substitute.
• Minimum of two years previous related work experience, preferably in a hospice.
• Valid Arkansas driver’s license, car insurance, and access to a vehicle; ability to travel daily.

Responsabilidades

• Achieves referral and admission objectives set with branch hospice and palliative care teams to meet census goals.
• Identifies potential referral sources and arranges educational visits by Provider Relations staff or team.
• Create and execute call plans to increase referrals and admissions; monitor and adapt plans for results.
• Develop relationships with nursing homes, hospitals and healthcare providers; solicit new contracts.
• Collaborates with local clinical team to address service opportunities and communicate patient needs.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to organizational policies; represents Arkansas Hospice professionally.
