Job summary

Arkansas Hospice, Inc. is seeking a Territory Account Manager in Batesville, AR. This full-time professional will drive referral growth and market penetration for Arkansas Hospice and affiliated services. You will partner with clinical leaders, manage key accounts, and travel daily to engage providers.

The role demands strong relationship-building, field sales planning, and a drive to improve patient access to hospice and palliative care. Travel across the region is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, social services, or related field preferred.
• High school diploma/GED plus at least 5 years directly related experience may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Achieves referral and admission objectives to meet census goals.
• Identify referral sources and arrange educational visits that drive census growth and longer patient stays.
• Create and execute call plans to increase referrals and admissions; adjust plans to maximize results.
• Utilize company funds to promote all Arkansas Hospice entities’ mission and vision.
• Collaborate with local clinical team to address opportunities across the territory.
• Notify and document patient care or service issues with involved staff.
• Provide ongoing education/in-services to healthcare providers under Arkansas Hospice.
• Develop relationships with nursing homes, hospitals, and other providers and pursue new contracts.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies; work with minimal supervision.
