Zusammenfassung

Arkansas Hospice, Inc. is seeking a Territory Account Manager in North Little Rock, AR to drive growth across the family of care including Arkansas Hospice, Arkansas Palliative Care, Arkansas Advanced Care, Arkansas Hospice Foundation, and First Choice Senior Care.

You will build relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, and providers, develop books of business, and execute plans to expand market share while partnering with clinical leaders to ensure service excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Social Services, or related field preferred; high school diploma/GED plus 5 years related experience may substitute.
• Experience: Minimum of two years previous related work experience preferably in a hospice.
• Valid Arkansas driver’s license, car insurance, and car required; travel daily to various locations.

Aufgaben

• Achieves referral and admission objectives in conjunction with branch hospice and palliative care.
• Identify potential referral sources and arrange educational visits by Provider Relations staff or team.
• Create and execute call plans focusing marketing and educational efforts to increase referrals.
• Use company resources to promote all companies’ mission and vision for patients and families.
• Collaborate with local clinical teams to address service opportunities in the territory.
• Notify and document with appropriate staff regarding patient care or service issues discussed during visits.
• Seek ongoing training to improve marketing and customer service skills.
