Responsibilities

• Make first impression at the branch, greet customers and guide to support.
• Provide consistent customer service in person and over the phone.
• Inform customers about Rockland Trust products that fit their needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash checks, and other transactions with accuracy.
• Collaborate with supervisor and training team during Teller Training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
