Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using technology, including computers.
• Sales and service-oriented personality.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
• Positive approach to interactions with customers and team members.
• Ability to stand for long periods and assist customers.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work weekends as needed.
• Ability to complete training program.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and guide them to the right colleague.
• Provide efficient, courteous service in person and by phone.
• Inform customers about Rockland Trust products suited to their needs.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash checks and other transactions accurately.
• Make decisions alongside supervisor as knowledge grows.
• Collaborate with training and branch teams to complete Teller Training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
