Rockland Trust is seeking a Teller Trainee to be the friendly face in branches, delivering courteous service while processing a variety of financial transactions. You will greet customers, assess needs, and guide them to the right colleagues to best serve their goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable using computers and technology.
• Sales- and service-oriented mindset.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Must successfully complete training program.
• 1–2 years teller or cash-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them to appropriate colleagues.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cash checks with accuracy.
• Provide information on Rockland Trust products and services.
• Collaborate with training team and branch staff during Teller Training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
