Qualifications

• Six months of cash handling experience through banking or retail preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Professional verbal communication skills and accuracy with numbers.
• Knowledge of Credit Union products and services is a plus.
• Ability to work in an open-concept workspace with courtesy and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members, complete financial transactions, and offer products and services to enhance members’ financial lives.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable rules including the Bank Secrecy Act.
• Receive and process member financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cash advances, Western Union transactions, and coin tickets.
• Cross-sell Credit Union products and services based on member needs.
• Meet or exceed personal and branch goals.
