The Teller will work a rotating schedule including Saturdays, balance cash daily, and assist with branch operations and training as needed.

Qualifications

• Six months of cash handling experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including Saturdays.

Responsabilités

• Receive and process member financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments).
• Cross-sell Shell FCU products based on member needs.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accuracy.
• Prepare CTR/SAR worksheets as required.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and branch coverage.
• Support training of new staff as needed.
