Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers and checks.
• Assist members with services like ATM/debit cards, account changes and product inquiries.
• Cross-sell Shell FCU products and services based on member needs.
• Balance cash drawer and coin machine; prepare cash shipments as needed.
• Provide friendly, professional service and comply with policies and anti-fraud procedures.
