Shell Federal Credit Union in Pearland, TX is seeking a Teller I for a part-time schedule. You will engage with members, process deposits and withdrawals, and offer credit union products to help members' financial lives.

The role requires cash handling, accuracy, and professional communication. You must work the rotating opening/closing and Saturday shifts, and complete required training in a compliant, service-oriented environment.

Qualificações

• Six months of cash handling experience preferred.
• Customer service experience is beneficial.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Handle member financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments)
• Balance cash drawer daily and investigate discrepancies
• Provide friendly, professional service and cross-sell Shell FCU products
• Maintain knowledge of applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Assist with training new staff and support branch team as needed
• Follow opening/closing procedures and weekend rotation as required
