Job summary

Texans Credit Union in Richardson, TX is seeking a part-time Teller at our Campbell Road branch. You will greet members, process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions with accuracy, while delivering excellent member service and supporting sales goals.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months in a sales-and-service role involving cash handling and in-person customer interactions; background/credit checks and a drug screen will be completed.

Qualifications

• 6 months of sales and service experience with cash handling and in-person customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
• Complete member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, negotiable items, loan payments, check cashing) with accuracy.
• Maintain updated information on Texans' policies and compliance regulations to ensure safety and soundness.
• Actively cross-sell Texans’ products and services to enhance members' financial lives.
• Balance cash drawer at end of day with accuracy.
