Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Six months cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to complete annual training and comply with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle member financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments.
• Cross-sell Shell FCU products and services based on member needs.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance daily and process cash/coin shipments as needed.
• Provide friendly, professional service to members and assist in branch operations.
• May train new staff and support other branches as required.
