Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in client service and cash handling.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture, present with every client and teammate.
• Assumes responsibility for teller functions in an in-person branch setting.
• Proactively identify and resolve client servicing issues, escalate as needed.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition to a Banker.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals through financial wellness tools.
• Attend in-person morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Follow compliance, audit and security procedures; balance cash drawer.
