Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Experience in a client service role.
• Experience in cash handling.
• General understanding of PC with Windows based applications and calculator.
• Notary License (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent in-person client service at the branch.
• Handle teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues, escalating when needed.
• Guide clients to bankers for deeper financial wellness conversations.
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures; balance cash drawers.
• Support branch operations including Saturday scheduling.
