Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; business experience acceptable.
• Notary license preferred.
• Experience in a client service role is required.
• Cash handling experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent in-person client service at a KeyBank branch.
• Handle teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues; escalate when needed.
• Educate clients on financial wellness and refer to bankers when appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies.
