Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Teller at our Canton, OH branch to deliver outstanding client service in person, handle transactions, and support customers with banking needs. You will guide clients toward financial wellness by identifying opportunities and coordinating with bankers when appropriate.

Responsibilities include balancing cash, following security procedures, and participating in daily team huddles. Prior cash handling and client service experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client service role.
• Experience in cash handling.
• Strong sales and service skills; educate clients on access channels (ATM, Online and Telephone Banking).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service in-person and handle teller transactions.
• Identify financial wellness opportunities and refer clients to a Banker.
• Balance cash drawer and follow security procedures; adhere to cash handling guidelines.
• Attend in-person morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Assist with products and services knowledge to clients.
