Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide teller services in-person, handling transactions accurately.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues and escalate when needed.
• Assist clients and guide them to a Banker for financial wellness discussions.
• Balance cash drawer within balancing guidelines and follow security procedures.
• Promote banking products and services and educate clients on available channels.
• Follow all KeyBank policies and maintain professional conduct.
