Qualifications

• Notary License (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person teller service and accurately process transactions.
• Identify client servicing issues and escalate when needed.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities and refer to a Banker.
• Balance cash drawer within balancing guidelines.
• Stay informed on product guides, fees, and policies.
• Work Saturdays as directed by management.
